Let’s Create Your Success Story!

I keep thinking about the successful leaders in this business – they have laid out their formula for all to see — hence the name “CarbonCopyPRO” – I have made it to #1 on the Rising Star List in my first 5 weeks (currently been knocked down to #2) and made my initial investment back in the same period of time. I have been in franchising and brick and mortar businesses and this is simply an amazing accomplishment. I am not saying this to gloat. I am sharing this because I have heard the success stories from the top earners in our community and I decided to be one. I simply “copied” their methods and applied them to my marketing. I can’t wait to see your name on the leaderboards!!

Who doesn’t want to be successful? I certainly do. Successful in my calling. Successful in marriage. Successful in parenting. The word successful means “coming about, taking place, or turning out to be as was hoped for.” We all have hopes and dreams and success means that our dreams are fulfilled. The challenge with success is not the desire to be successful. The challenge centers around the paths we take to reach the desired destination.

We can achieve a semblance of success on our own. But without a solid commitment, effort, belief, support system(spouse?), a mentor, a team, a foundation and solid resources our efforts are built on sand. If the foundation is shaky on the best days then it is washed away when the storms hit.

“Desire is the key to motivation, but it’s the determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal – a commitment to excellence – that will enable you to attain the success you seek.” Mario Andretti – (race car driver)

We need to join in the celebration of victories. When a one of our team members has a new member join the team, give them a call of congratulations. Everybody wins with new business.

If another suggests a new product idea, or improved work process, don’t be a stumbling block, celebrate the better idea and jump on board.

Inquire how the member was acquired, or how the better idea was conceived. Then learn to apply the same principles to your work.

Join the celebrations for your business success.

Remember – Raise Your Hand!! — shoot me an e-mail or give me a call with any questions you may have. Stay plugged in to the daily calls and trainings – If you cannot attend the live calls — then log in at your convenience and listen to the recordings – they are all their for you!

Dedicated to Your Massive Success!!

Are You A Twitter Twenius

It wasn’t long ago that having a web site was the “cool” thing to do. Next, blogs became the rage and everyone stampeded to put up a blog and start blogging. But that is now history, and new times are before us. All the talk at this point is of “Social Media” with Twitter and Facebook rolling off the tongue of young and old alike. It’s the latest phase in online interaction, it’s the latest phase in community, and as you might expect, it’s beginning to catch the attention of businesses and marketers as well.

I guess it’s not surprising to see movie stars, athletes, politicians and famous names from @JohnMcCain to @AndyMurray to @JudahFriedlander to @RainnWilson and many others, are racing to position themselves as part of the Twitter phenomena.

But Twitter is far more intimate than that. In fact, Twitter is a local area phenomena as well. It’s likely your town government is using Twitter, your local TV and radio news, your local Fire Department, your local library, your local college, even the guy that mowed your lawn last week. If they are not on Twitter now, it’s just a matter of time.

But there’s another audience moving fast and furious on Twitter. It’s an amazing transition of a more serious nature where businesses and entrepreneurs are starting to tap the grand potential of Twitter. When you witness successful companies like: @PGATour, @Wachovia or @traderjoes piling on to the Twitter bandwagon, it’s definitely time to pay close attention.

It is likely that this “craze” boils down to the commonly known fact that a lot of business actually occurs in social gatherings, at cocktail parties, on the golf course, or at various other social events. Now, through Twitter it’s become possible, if not down right easy, to benefit from an online version of a non-stop 24 hour, 7 day a week cocktail party of monumental proportions.

It’s impossible to overlook some of these statistics and stories:

  • Twitter is virtually 100% consumer content. “Consumer content is ranked as the #1 aid to a buying decision, cited by 91% of respondents.” ~JC Williams Group
  • “88% of marketers surveyed are interested in using social media to market their businesses, BUT 72% have only been doing so for a few months or less. A significant 64% of marketers are using social media for 5 hours or more each week and 39% for 10 or more hours weekly.”
  • “Business owners age 30 to 39 are most likely to be using social media marketing (44.8%), followed by 20 to 29 year-olds (40.3%) and then 50 to 59 year-olds (38.7%).”

What does all this mean? It means that if you are an entrepreneur or are involved with any business, make your plans soon to get over to Twitter and set up a free Twitter account.

Easy enough?

Well, not exactly. Once you have your Twitter account opened, that’s when the fog rolls in. It’s a very very simple concept, but like playing poker, unless you have a clear strategy, you’ll soon be scratching your head.

Thankfully, there’s help. Internet strategist and social media marketing expert, Dan Hollings has spent over 12 months researching and testing Twitter strategies for business. Along the way, Dan wrote 100 extremely helpful Twitter tips for business. Next he created a toolbar for Mac or PC that places about 240 Twitter tools, tips and apps easily within reach. Recently, he released his remarkable Twitter training program called, “Twitter Twenius” (that’s Twitter-talk for genius).

Here is a helpful Twitter tip, to get your juices flowing:

While there are systems and strategies to pro-actively increase your followers, you will find that quality followers (people that listen) will often find YOU once you’ve established your own “Twitter Personality.”

Without doubt, there’s a lot more to learn, but if you’re looking for how to make money with Twitter or a way to rev-up the Twitter afterburners within all your marketing campaigns whether in your home town or throughout the world, I enthusiastically recommend Twitter Twenius.
