This is where the power of free information comes into play when it comes to winning the loyalty of your prospects for the long term. If you continue to offer high quality information that is useful for showing your prospects how to secure deck beams then they will naturally decide that they need your product to accomplish their goals.

If you simply say “We sell the best deck bracing on the Internet” your prospects will most likely say to themselves, “Big deal…..how is this going to help me solve my problem?” and you will have most likely wasted your time and potentially your advertising dollars.

On the other hand if you say something like “5 little known secrets on securing deck beams revealed” your prospects are more likely to say, “Hey, this may be the solution to my problem” and then proceed to read what you have to offer. If they find it informative and useful then purchasing deck braces appears to be a no brainer.

You see, offering a solution to a problem is the key to winning the trust and loyalty of your customers. Most new online business owners miss this step. They are so focused on making money that they forget some of the important elements such as magnetic sponsoring that help them to make the money.

What’s more is that it is important to remember that most people surf the Internet because they are looking for a solution to a problem. If you are there to help them solve that problem it is more likely that they will remember you, buy your product, and refer others to you in the future.

If you are going to be successful with your online business you have to think like your prospects do when they search the Internet for a solution to a problem. Without this knowledge, you may make a sale, but you will fail to establish the long term loyalty from your customers that provides sustainability for your online business.
